If you must get your child vaccinated, make sure the vaccines don't contain Mercury in the form of Thimerosol.  It might surprise you how many offices, nurses, and doctors don't understand the importance of Mercury-free Vaccines.  Here's some video of what Mercury does to brain cells.

Note the tangles at the end of the destroyed neurons.  These are prevalent in the brains of those with Alzheimer's.  Often they are refered to as "neurofibrillar tangles."
