20 Things That Would Really Help Us Stay Healthy

Here's a list of things I'd like to see happen to help people prevent Chronic Disease on a National Level.

Here Goes:
1.  Remove all High-Fructose Corn Syrup from all food and beverages.
2.  Remove all "Splenda" and "Aspartame" from food and beverages.
3.  Remove all "Trans-Fats" from our food.
4.  Stop using "Aflaxan" to artificially age wheat.
5.  No more homogenization of milk.
6.  Create a healthy fast food restaurant that is worth eating at.
7.  Add Folic Acid and Omega-3's to everything we can.
8.  Have Health Insurance Companies discount premiums bigtime if you workout and eat well.
9.  Develop a culture of prevention that isn't centered on Medical Procedures.  Self-Care baby!
10.  Ban all Mercury from Vaccines.  Vaccinate children for less conditions.  For Chicken Pox?  Come on.
11.  Abolish "Silver Fillings" which all contain 50% Mercury.
12.  Each person start sleeping 8 hours a night at least.
13.  Each person vacation 1 month a year.
14.  Each person work less hours a week.
15.  Each person get an adjustment or a massage at least once a month.
16.  Each person understands Mind-Body Medicine and uses it to manage stress and anxiety.
17.  Ban Drug Company Advertising in all forms.
18.  Simultaneously, everyone in the country lightens up a little.
19.  Have Corporate America start protecting it's workers health instead of squandering it.
20.  Pass a "Patient's Bill of Rights" protecting our health freedoms.
