If you aren't taking a Whey Protein Supplement you are definitely missing out. Not only is it a good for a meal replacement when needed, but the protein can help maintain your lean muscle mass. Lean muscle mass is what burns your calories and is a measure of how fast your metabolism is. More lean muscle = more calories burned.
